1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any orders placed with us. By accessing this site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version published on this website at the time you place your order will apply.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock.

• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

• We will confirm your order by email once payment is processed successfully.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to UK and EU addresses only. We do not deliver to any other international locations.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

• UK delivery: Estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• EU delivery: Estimated 5–10 working days after dispatch; customs procedures may cause minor delays beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

• UK orders: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Return shipping is free. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original product/gift packaging.

• EU orders: Only returns for damaged, faulty or incorrect items are accepted; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Outer transit packaging that becomes scuffed or damaged during delivery does not affect your eligibility for return.

• Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 working days of receiving and checking your returned item.

5. Product Information

• Please note: many of our items feature natural stone materials. Natural stone varies uniquely in colour, pattern and finish — slight differences between the product image and the actual item you receive are normal and part of their natural character.

• We make every effort to show our items as accurately as possible; these natural variations are not considered defects.

• All items are intended for domestic use only.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including text, images, logos and descriptions — is the property of our shop. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant item.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
