Return Shipping Policy

• All returns from UK addresses are completely free — no hidden fees, even if you simply change your mind.

• We do not accept or cover return shipping for orders sent to EU addresses. Returning items from the EU is at the customer’s own cost and arrangement.

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

• Please note: We do not require outer wrapping or transit packaging to be perfect — this may get scuffed or damaged during delivery, and this will not affect your return. We only ask that the item itself, plus any original gift boxes, labels or product packaging, are kept intact.
